There are so many perks to living in New York culture, restaurants, education and, of course, music. Music is everywhere, not just one type, but all genres. Regardless of the type music you want, you can find them in the city and in several different settings.

If you’re looking to spend a night on the town and hear some great music, which is not a problem in New York. There are many bars, clubs and lounges throughout the city with live musicians. Try going into downtown Knitting Factory, where you’ll find indie-rock bands, jazz groups, and plenty of local bands on the rise. There are always big-name concerts in New York, and there are plenty of places to host them. Concerts are still held in venues such as Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center and Radio City Music Hall.
