<p> can sometimes be difficult to tell the difference, but the most noticeable difference in tempo, vocal style, instrumentation, lyrics, drumming style and guitar style. </P> What we now call traditional heavy metal is usually a grouping of some of the original metal bands that were around before the metal genre is divided into many smaller sub-sets and styles. Some examples of these groups as Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple in. </P> Black Metal comes from speed metal, thrash metal and hardcore punk in the early 1980s. Black metal has a lot of opposition from the mainstream culture because of his many bands that are anti-Christian worldview. Typical instruments include vocals, electric guitar, bass guitar and drums </p>
<p> Death Metal -. Originates from thrash metal and black metal early in mid-1980&#8242;s. Use a very distorted guitars, blast-beat drumming, and deep growling vocals. Inspired by groups such as Slayer, Celtic Frost and Kreator </p>
<p> doom metal -. It originates from the classic heavy metal, Black Sabbath album especially since the early 1970s. Use a slower tempo and a lot heavier and thicker sound. Lyrics tend to cause fear, doom and despair. </P> Drone Metal became popular in the early 1990s. Melds drone metal doom metal with a long duration tone drone music. </P> Folk Metal-developed in Europe in mid-1990s. It fuses classic heavy metal with traditional folk music through the use of folk instruments </p>
<p> Glam Metal -. Also known as &#8220;hair metal&#8221;, appeared in the late 1970s and remained popular until 1980. That combined with the looks glam rock power chord hard rock style of music. </P> gothic metal combines heavy metal with gothic rock. Built in the early 1990s from a combination of death metal and doom metal. Popular bands Paradise Lost and Anathema. Lyrics are performed by the Gothic fiction and personal experience </p>
<p> Groove metal -. Sometimes referred to as post-thrash, originated in the early 1990s the genre, including thrash metal and hardcore punk. Popular Grove metal album to Pantera&#8217;s Cowboys from Hell. </P> Industrial metal &#8211; drawn from heavy metal and industrial music using a sequencer lines, distorted vocals, sampling, repetitive metal guitar riffs. <p> Metalcore -. Gets its name from the fusion of hardcore punk and heavy metal. Metalcore is different from other punk bands of metal, because the emphasis on slow and intense breakdowns that are conducive to moshing. </P> neo-classical metal-Heavily influenced by classical music, neo-classical metal is a very technical music performance, which was founded in 1970-and 1980&#8242;s. </P> Nu-Metal-developed in the 1990s, the music was a mixture of hip-hop and grunge with classic heavy metal. Popular bands are Korn, Deftones and P.O.D. </P> Post-Metal &#8211; comes from the early 2000s, post-metal characterized by minimal vocals with distorted guitar and heavy atmospherics. Group, Isis, is usually credited with originating the production of the popular post-metal music </p>
<p> Power Metal -. Hailing from the mid-1980s, it is a mix of classic metal with speed metal that is added to the symphonic element, typically through the use of keyboards </p>
<p> Progressive Metal -. Established in the mid-1980s, progressive metal is a mixture of classic heavy metal with progressive rock. Early heavy metal bands mixed in groups such as Metallica and Megadeth with progressive rock bands, namely, Rush and King Crimson, who have already joined some heavy metal into their music. </P> Sludge metal originating from the late 1980s, sludge metal is a mixture of both doom metal and hardcore punk. It is aggressive with shouted vocals, contrasting tempo and heavy distortion.
