abeMeda, one of the leading media cataloging applications for the Windows platform, receives a further update today. abeMeda 6 is a major new release, building on the foundation that made CDWinder great. With a new integrated interface, faster cataloging with CrashGuard, better and even faster Find, much more capable and editable Inspector, massively improved AudioCD support and numerous other functional and interface enhancements, it takes media management to a new level.

“We have been working very hard for over two years now to complete this release. abeMeda for Windows works on Windows 2000 or higher and is tested on Vista, WIndows 7 and the upcoming Windows 8. There is also a version for Macintosh called neoFinder, available as Universal Binary for Power PC and Intel-Macs. The demo version of abeMeda is unlimited in time, but restricted to 10 catalogues. A single user license is 29 Euro / 39 USD. Multiple licenses for business or network use are available, and priced depending on the number of clients and features required.
